We have so many things to be thankful for! Thanksgiving Day was a delightful one. Our children were counting down the minutes until Pappa Buddy arrived and boy were they excited to play with him. The only problem is that he didn't bring a cow or his dog Bubba from his farm! Oh well, Maybe next time...
One of the highlights of our day is watching the Macy's Thankgsiving Day Parade. However, nothing trumps a visit from Liam's friend Anderson. Oh yeah, his parents, Amy and Drayton and new sister Isabel came over too... The children had so much fun and it was great to get to spend time with Amy who has been laying low with baby Isabel born at the end of October. She was a perfect angel at our house.
Drayton and Bill managed to find some time to lounge with the children and we had a wonderful feast with our friends and Pappa Buddy. Thanks Chef Bill!
Thanksgiving wasn't over though. We packed up the fam and drove to Sweetwater, TN to Mimi's house for another feeding on Friday. It was great to see Aunt Cindy, Uncle Mike and our cousins Monica and Alyssa. The children had a great time taking over the house!
