Happy 2nd Birthday Hannah Clare!

Abby Cadabby and 8 preschool friends joined us for a fantastic birthday for Miss Priss. Our version of Abby Cadabby, Hannah's favorite Sesame Street character came to play parachute games, dance, paint faces and make balloon animals. Fun was had by all! Our girl is growing up too fast!

If you give a three year-old a pancake

Each Friday, Liam's class hosts a parent to come cook with the children. What a special treat when chef Bill came to class with the fixings for pancakes! The children enjoyed mixing and pouring their batter onto the electric skillet. Even miss Hannah Clare had to get in on the action as she was tagging along with Mom and Dad. The children loved the pancakes so much that they asked for seconds. When the pancakes were gone, we read the book- "If you give a pig a pancake." Thank goodness we had sugar free syrup so the children were able to sit through the story!

I am woman hear me ROAR!

Miss Priss has really been assertive these days. In January, she really began enjoying dramatic play and I captured her in February multi-tasking while playing in the basement. Check her out getting her tool box, wearing a tool belt and cooking in the kitchen all at once. A girl really has to do it ALL!
